On any of these vacations where travel is outside of the United States,a valid United States passport is required. Some countries may require visas. Reconfirmations: We recommend that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure at each point of stopover. This will give the airline(s) the opportunity to keep you advised of any changes which may have occurred in your flights. Reconfirmation recommended at least 72 hours prior to flight time at each point of stopover or your reservation(s) may be automatically cancelled.

Check-in requirements: Please check-in at least 3 hours prior to your flight and/or check with the specific airline(s) for recommended check-in times.

Overbooking: Airline flights may be overbooked. Curlew Travel Center Inc. is not responsible for any overbooking, denied boarding, cancelled flights, schedule changes. It is the responsibility of the specific airline(s) to re-accommodate you to your destination.

Changes or cancellations: Please be sure to look at the cancellation and/or change policies of the tour company and/or airline(s) you are scheduled to travel with. Curlew Travel Center Inc. is not responsible for any cancellation and/or change fees. Cancellation/change fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/traveller.

Insurance: We highly recommend travel and/or cancellation insurance for any type of travel reservations.

Lost documents: Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets/documents are subject to airline(s) or tour company fees to replace such tickets/documents.

Responsibility: Curlew Travel Center Inc. acts only as agent in all matters connected with the making and securing of reservations, accommodations, tours and/or other arrangements for the retail clients of this agency and for various disclosed principals and contracts in the form of airlines, cruise lines, tour wholesalers, tour companies, limousine services and owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation and/or other services hereinafter referred to as "suppliers". This travel agency does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing company or any other service that would fit into the classification of "supplier(s)". As an agent all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by this travel agent and/or other suppliers are subject to any and all related tariffs as well as the terms and conditions specified by each "supplier". The acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the foregoing conditions and also to the further condition that neither this travel agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportations or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, including but not limited to dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de joure or de facto wars whatever declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellation of/or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause beyond the control of this travel agency or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient, improperly issued passports, visas or other documents and that neither this travel agency or any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional or liability sustained or incurred as a result of the foregoing causes. This travel agency is not responsible nor liable for defaults of supplier(s) or any other person, company or incorporation not directly under its control. In the case of air, ship, rail, automobile or other form of transportation the passenger contract in use by the provider of such transportation when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such airline, ship line, railroad, car rental or other company.

Curlew Travel Center Inc. is not responsible for any errors on website content by the tour companies. We reserve the right to change any/and or all parts of this website and/or links provided by the tour companies. Prices are subject to change, based on space availibility and are totally under the control of the supplier(s). We are not responsible for mis-quotes. The price will be the price provided by the tour companies and/or airlines to Curlew Travel Center Inc.. Nodiscount will be given on Currency or fuel surcharges. No additional discount will be offered on airline and insurance prices.

Payments: Your payment is not deemed made until received by Curlew Travel Center Inc. In case of billing errors this agency reserves the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. This agency reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any vacation departure and/or accept or reject any vacation participant.
